Delivery & Returns

Orders placed on Monday-Thursday before 3pm are shipped the same day.

Delivery within the Netherlands is usually the next day. With the exception of orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, which will usually be delivered the following Tuesday.

Please note that offers may affect delivery times due to increased traffic.

We hope that you will be delighted with your order. However, if you are not completely satisfied, please return it in its original condition within 14 days of receipt with proof of purchase for a refund or exchange. Your payment for the goods will be refunded by Afari B.V as soon as possible by the original payment method, no later than 14 working days after we have received the goods. 

Please note that delivery charges are not refunded. In addition to our returns policy, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the goods, if you send us a notice of cancellation in writing and return the goods to us in their original, unopened and unused condition. 

Where goods are delivered to a third party you may also exercise this right if you are able to return the goods to us in their original, unopened and unused condition. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since receipt of your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with the seal intact. 

Items returned by post can take up to 14 working days to process. For refunds we will reimburse you using your original payment method.

We hope you are happy with your order, however if you are not completely satisfied, please email support@afariskincare.com, so that we can provide you with a returns number and make a note in our system about your return. 

You will also need to complete the Returns Form included with your invoice, with the details of the products you are returning, as well as the returns number provided by our customer service team, and enclose the note with your returned parcel. In order for us to further develop our products and services, please give a reason why the products are not suitable and whether you require an exchange or refund.

Please always include a convenient telephone number and your email address, in case we need to contact you regarding your return. If you no longer have your Returns Form, please include a covering letter with your name, address, Order Number, a convenient telephone number and your email address in case we need to contact you regarding your return. Please also include the reason for the return and whether you would like an exchange or refund.

Gift cards

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number  of days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@afariskincare.com.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@afariskincare.com and send your item to: Rustenburgerstraat 154-2, Amsterdam, 1073GJ.

You will be responsible for paying the  shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it  takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over €75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
