Shipping, delivery & returns

Once you’ve placed and paid for your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. 

Alternatively, you can check if your order has been successful, by signing in to your account . Simply login to “Account” and check your “Order History” to see if the order is listed.

All Afari orders are sent via PostNL or DHL or DPD. Please ensure that there is someone to receive your order at your preferred physical address between Monday and Friday, 9:00am - 8:00pm.  

If you are not at home when your order arrives, the courier service will contact you regarding when you will be able to receive your parcel.

Your order will take 2 - 4 working days from date of payment to arrival. Due to delays from global logistics partners this may take 2 days longer than anticipated.

Please note postal deliveries will only be accommodated by special request. Please email support@afariskincare.com before placing your order to ensure we can accommodate your delivery.

Standard shipping on orders under €50.00 is €4.95. 

Standard shipping on orders over €50.00 is FREE.

We currently ship anywhere within the EU.

To check the status of your order, simply login to your afariskincare.com account and select “Order History” in the “Account” page. If you still have questions about your order, please send an email to  support@afariskincare.com with your order number and preferably the order confirmation email. We will get back to you as soon as possible.

Orders submitted on afariskincare.com process and ship very quickly. We will do our best to modify an existing order if you email us at support@afariskincare.com but we cannot guarantee that your order will be canceled or modified. Apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.

We will contact you and refund your card or account for the value of the item(s) within 3 - 5 business days.

If your package was damaged during shipment, save the box and merchandise and notify us immediately at support@afariskincare.com. We will arrange for a return form to pick up and inspect the damaged package and the damaged items will be replaced.

In what we hope is the unlikely event that you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, Afari will gladly accept returns on unopened or unused orders, within 14 days of the order being placed.

Only full-priced, saleable items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, we do not issue refunds on discounted items.

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time. However, in the unlikely event that your order is damaged or defective, we would  love to help. Please email us at support@afariskincare.com within 30 days of receiving your product(s). Please include  your order number, as well as a picture of the damaged item(s), and we will  get back to you as soon as possible.

If you are checking out on your desktop, enter your discount code in the discount code field in Step 1 of the checkout - the Information stage - and click Apply for it to reflect.

If you are checking out on your mobile, enter your discount code in the discount code field in Step 3 of the checkout - the Payment stage - and click Apply for it to reflect.

Security

Security is as important to us as it is to you. Our secure servers protect your information, using advanced encryption and firewall technology, throughout the ordering process. 

Most browsers will show a lock icon in the top status bar on secure pages. Look for this icon on any web page that asks for your personal information. Credit card and order data is encrypted and secure. You can be assured that your order will be placed safely and securely. Please contact us at support@afariskincare.com with any questions.

Account

By creating an account on afariskincare.com you will be able to keep record of all your purchases, billing and order tracking information. You can also store multiple shipping addresses to expedite the checkout process.  

If you choose to receive emails (which we highly suggest!), you will also be the first to know about new products, promotions and all things Afari.

Plus, add your birthday and we'll send you a special surprise during your birthday month.

If you are having difficulty signing in to your account, you may have entered your email address and/or password incorrectly.

If you have checked this and you still cannot  login, please use the forgotten password link to regain access to your account. Still not working? Please contact us on support@afariskincare.com and we will be happy to assist you.

To change your password, you can either use the forgotten password link or sign in to “Account” and go to “Account Information”.

Promo codes are limited to one code per order. Offers cannot be used in conjunction with other promo codes. All codes are available for a limited time and cannot be used once they have expired. Promotions are not redeemable for cash. Afari reserves the right to change or rescind offers and promo codes at any time. Please note that misuse of promotions and codes may result in order cancellation.   

If you are having an issue with a promo code, please be sure your order meets all qualifications for the promo code and that the code is still valid. If you are still having issues, please contact us on support@afariskincare.com so we can resolve the issue for you. 

Auto-replenishment

Auto-replenishment is the most convenient way for you to get the Afari skincare you want delivered to you on a regular basis. We automatically send your chosen products based upon your desired frequency. The service is easy to use and customisable, so you can make changes online whenever you need to. Just tell us how often you want your products, and we'll take it from there. You’ll always receive 15% off and Free Shipping on orders EUR50+

You have complete control over your auto-replenish orders: You can change your delivery frequency, next order date or quantity preference at any time by visiting ‘My Auto Replenish’ located within your account. Changes to orders can be made up to 24 hours before the next scheduled shipment date and you can cancel your order at any time.

Yes. Once you've signed up, auto-replenishment is easy to manage. You can change your next order date, skip an order, change your selected frequency, or cancel a subscribed product by checking out the 'My Subscription' section in your account.

Please allow up to 24 hours for modifications or cancellations to be processed.

We accept all valid credit and debit cards for auto-replenishment orders. Unfortunately, alternative payment methods such as Afterpay or Klarna are not accepted.

Replenishment orders are only shipped to default billing and shipping addresses. You can edit this info any time by logging into your account here.

Product information

All Afari products have a shelf life of two years and should be used within 12 months of  opening. All skin care products have a period-after-opening date that is printed on the packaging. This information is a guideline, so that you get the most out of your products and use them at their peak efficacy. 

If you look on the back of your Afari bottles, you will see a little open can with a number inside, which refers to the number of months in which we recommend using the product. In Afari’s case, all products have a shelf life of 12 months once opened.

All of our products have undergone clinical trials and none of the participants experienced pore blockages or breakouts when using only Afari products. 

No, we love our furry friends too much. Afari is proudly vegan, cruelty-free and PETA approved.

While all of our products are vegan, not all of them are gluten-free. If you have a gluten allergy or intolerance, please consult the ingredient list and your doctor before using any Afari products.
